Lanco is seeking an HRIS Analyst to serve as the technical SME for HR Technology, ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance across HR, payroll, benefits, and talent systems.
You will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to optimize HRIS configurations, manage integrations, and deliver insightful analytics. Office-based role with occasional travel and a competitive benefits package.
The HRIS Analyst serves as the technical subject matter expert for Lanco’s Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, security, and performance of HR technology across the organization. This role supports the full employee lifecycle by maintaining and optimizing HR systems that support HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and employees. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT partners, this role ensures systems are configured correctly, data is accurate, integrations run smoothly, and HR technology continues to evolve to meet business needs.
Office-based role with controlled conditions and moderate noise. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
We offer a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement. The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000, with final compensation based on experience, education, skills, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
