The HRIS Analyst at Lanco Group of Companies serves as the technical SME for HR information systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and performance across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition. You’ll configure modules, maintain data, support integrations, and drive system optimization in partnership with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
You'll develop HR reports and dashboards, perform UAT and testing, and support regulatory and compliance reporting.
The HRIS Analyst serves as the technical subject matter expert for Lanco’s Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, security, and performance of HR technology across the organization. This role supports the full employee lifecycle by maintaining and optimizing HR systems that support HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and employees. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT partners, this role ensures systems are configured correctly, data is accurate, integrations run smoothly, and HR technology continues to evolve to meet business needs.

We offer a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement. The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000, with final compensation based on experience, education, skills, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
