Superior, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to maintain and enhance our HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security, and effective reporting. This role collaborates with HR, IT, and Payroll to optimize workflows and system upgrades, supporting a growing construction workforce.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least 2 years of HRIS experience, with strong Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, information systems or analytics.
• Minimum 2 years of HRIS or ADP Workforce Now experience.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities; ability to work with large datasets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; bonus for Power BI experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the HRIS with emphasis on data integrity and security.
• Serve as primary escalation point for HRIS issues and updates.
• Maintain employee records: hires, changes, terminations, transfers, leaves.
• Review discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
• Configure HRIS for onboarding, benefits, payroll, and performance management.
• Generate HR metrics and reports for business decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Learning, Payroll to improve integrations.
• Develop HRIS training materials for effective usage.
• Support compliance through audits and recordkeeping.
• Identify system improvements for a growing field workforce.
• Assist with HRIS upgrades, testing, and implementation.
• Stay updated on HR tech trends and suggest improvements.
