Job summary

Superior is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support the administration, accuracy, security, and reporting capabilities of the company's HRIS platform. The HRIS Analyst will manage system data and workflows, support reporting and system improvements, troubleshoot issues, and partner with HR and business teams to ensure the system effectively supports organizational needs.

This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience supporting HR systems/HRIS administration (ADP Workforce Now).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis and process improvements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with large data sets.
• Bonus: HRIS reporting/analytics using Power BI.
• Bonus: HRIS integrations, upgrades, or system enhancements.
• Bonus: construction industry or field-based workforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the HRIS with data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Serve as primary contact for HRIS troubleshooting, system updates, and issue resolution.
• Maintain and update employee information within the HRIS (hires, terminations, moves, leaves).
• Review and resolve data discrepancies for accurate reporting.
• Configure HRIS onboarding, benefits, payroll, and performance management functions.
• Generate and interpret HR metrics to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll to improve integrations and workflows.
• Develop and deliver HRIS training and resources.
