Job summary

You will work with internal stakeholders to standardize processes, manage data integrations, provide analytics and reporting, test new modules as a beta tester, train end users and support government reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or Human Resources program with analytical focus.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the global HRIS on a day-to-day basis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize and configure HR processes in systems.
• Manage data integrations between HR and business systems globally.
• Provide data analytics and reporting to support HR and business needs.
• Act as a Beta tester for new or updated HR systems.
• Identify training needs and deliver end-user training.
• Interface with internal/external customers to ensure effective HRIS delivery.
• Ensure proper governmental reporting and compliance where needed.
• Document HRIS processes and suggest optimization opportunities.
• Support HRIS module implementations and integrations with other systems.
