Job summary

Children’s Institute (CII) is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HRIS configurations, integrations/APIs, reports, and dashboards across the HR function. The role collaborates with the HRIS Director, Senior HRIS Analyst, and stakeholders to implement technical solutions aligned with agency objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of HRIS experience (Workday HCM), familiarity with Agile methods, and an Associate’s degree or equivalent in CS or systems administration.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HRIS experience, including Workday HCM.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent in computer science or systems & network administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS configurations, integrations/APIs, reports and dashboards.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions to support data integrity and user experience.
• Assist with testing, deployment, and documentation for HRIS initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and provide end-user reporting support.
