Job summary

Children’s Institute is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HRIS configurations, integrations, reporting, and dashboard creation. The role partners with the HRIS Director and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in HRIS, experience with Workday HCM, and familiarity with Agile methods. Some in-person attendance at CII locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HRIS experience, including Workday HCM.
• Exposure to project work or system initiatives preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred.
• Associates degree or equivalent in CS or systems & network admin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with HRIS Director and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Supports HR system configurations, integrations/APIs, reports and dashboards.
• Participates in software releases and enhancement efforts with testing and documentation.
• Maintains data accuracy and supports end users with reporting needs.
