We're looking for a hands-on HRIS Analyst with strong ADP Vantage experience to support a dynamic HR technology environment. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work across HR, Payroll, IT, Benefits, and Learning teams to keep systems running smoothly, improve processes, and support important business operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support ADP Vantage across day-to-day HRIS operations and related modules
- Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, tables, fields, organizational structures, and other system settings
- Manage role-based security, user access, permissions, and security profiles
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot reports using ADPR
- Support learning management system configuration and administration
- Assist with timekeeping setup, including pay rules, time codes, exceptions, and approval processes
- Investigate and resolve data, access, system, and integration issues
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical system solutions
- Perform audits, reconciliations, testing, and quality checks to help ensure data accuracy
- Support enhancements, releases, testing cycles, and production deployments
- Document configuration details, procedures, user guides, and support processes
- Assist with recurring data loads, exports, interfaces, and other operational HRIS tasks
Skills
- Three to four years of hands-on HRIS experience, including substantial ADP Vantage experience
- Strong working knowledge of ADP Vantage configuration and administration
- Experience with ADPR reporting
- Background in managing system security, access, and permissions
- Understanding of core HR, payroll, and employee data workflows
- Ability to gather requirements, test changes, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Comfort working with sensitive employee and payroll-related data
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting ADP Vantage in a large or complex enterprise environment
- Familiarity with HRIS integrations, file feeds, data imports, and vendor interfaces
- Experience contributing to system upgrades, implementations, or process improvement efforts
- Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, validation, and reconciliations
- Knowledge of HR data privacy, internal controls, and audit considerations

The pay range for this role is $22 - $41 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
