Job summary

VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a Workday reporting specialist to validate and analyze HR data across complex Workday modules. You will identify gaps, improve data quality, and generate insights for stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have deep experience with Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending), Prism Analytics, Security, and Data Governance, plus strong SQL or data visualization skills. HR domain experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday reporting and analytics in a university or large HR environment.
• Ability to validate data accuracy and troubleshoot complex reporting issues.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Security, and Data Governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years Workday reporting and analytics experience with a university degree, or 3+ years with a master's degree


• Hands-on expertise with Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports


• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Security, and Data Governance


• Strong understanding of HR data structures and reporting best practices


• Ability to troubleshoot complex Workday reporting issues and validate data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel)


• Experience within an HR function
