• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud and other HR technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements workshops, working sessions, and cross-functional reviews with HR, IT, and vendor representatives.
• Define data flows, interface specifications, and integration touchpoints.
• Lead cutover planning with internal/external developers and HRIT.
• Maintain RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions) and project timelines.
• Drive data clarity, consistency, and governance across HRIS, IT, and integrated solutions.
