Job summary

Alliance HCM in Shenandoah, TX is hiring a full-time Human Capital Systems Integration Specialist to join our team. You will ensure payroll and HR data conversion is flawless, importing wage data and tax liabilities while checking PTO plans and garnishments for accuracy.

You’ll communicate project updates, assist with training, and drive Alliance HCM's vision to deliver seamless transitions for clients. A four-year degree is preferred and experience with Excel, HCM, and SQL Server is valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HCM systems, SaaS, CRM, or project management technology.
• Experience with timekeeping solutions, Swipeclock preferred.
• Four-year post-secondary education or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll and HR data conversion with high accuracy.
• Import wage data and tax liabilities, perform quality checks on PTO and garnishments.

• Hands-on experience with HCM systems, SaaS, CRM, or project management technology

• Experience working with timekeeping solutions (Swipeclock preferred)
