Alliance HCM is seeking a full-time Staff Engineer in The Woodlands, TX to drive technical strategy and major product decisions for our HCM and payroll platform.

You will lead architectural discussions, evaluate emerging technologies, and create prototypes to validate ideas before large investments. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, guide critical decisions, and ensure scalability, reliability, and long-term success of our systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a high-level technical contributor (staff/principal/lead).
• Ability to design and guide scalable technical architectures.
