Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support talent acquisition across our North American R&D organization.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR to identify, attract, and hire top talent driving Hyundai's mobility vision. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, building pipelines, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, automotive, manufacturing, or corporate roles preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities.
• Develop candidate pipelines via sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and extend offers with HR leadership and managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Support onboarding and candidate experience throughout the process.
• Participate in employer branding, career fairs, and university outreach.
