Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota seeks a senior Talent Acquisition Leader to drive enterprise recruiting strategy and delivery. You will manage a team of recruiters and coordinators, partner with HR and business leaders, and align hiring with workforce planning.

You will shape recruiting capabilities, ensure compliant processes, and enhance candidate experience while balancing operational excellence with continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with 1+ staff, team lead or project lead experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.
• Masters degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruiting delivery against enterprise hiring demand and capacity planning.
• Carry a small active requisition load.
• Manage, coach and develop recruiters, senior advisors and coordinators, including performance management and career development.
• Influence talent acquisition enablement and system capabilities.
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders on requisition strategy, offer development and market positioning.
• Build and maintain a recruiter development model to support career progression.
