Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader to oversee recruiting across the enterprise, manage a team of recruiters and coordinators, and advise senior leaders on workforce needs and market trends. The role emphasizes operational excellence and continuous improvement.

You will partner with HR business partners and hiring leaders, drive recruitment strategy, and build programs to improve productivity and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with 1+ staff, team lead or project lead experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of degree, two extra years of relevant experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruiting delivery against enterprise hiring demand and capacity planning.
• Coach and develop recruiters, senior advisors and coordinators, including performance management and career development.
• Influence talent acquisition enablement and system capabilities.
• Partner with HR, compensation and hiring leaders on requisition strategy and market positioning.
