Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking a senior talent acquisition leader to guide the enterprise recruiting function. You will lead day-to-day delivery, manage a small requisition load, and coach a team of recruiters and coordinators across business areas while advising senior leaders on hiring strategy and market trends.

You will partner with HR, compensation and hiring leaders on requisition strategy and offer development, while driving process improvements and ensuring a strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with 1+ staff, team lead or project lead experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted
• Masters degree in related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruiting delivery against enterprise hiring demand, and talent acquisition capacity planning
• Carry a small active requisition load
• Coach and develop recruiters, senior advisors and coordinators, including performance management, career development and hiring manager escalation
• Influence talent acquisition enablement and system capabilities
