Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking an HR Business Partner I to support core HR functions and maintain accurate HR data. You’ll work closely with frontline employees and supervisors, ensuring policy application and data integrity on a production floor.

Roles include HR operations, onboarding, and employee relations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This entry-level position is designed to build baseline HR competency with close guidance and opportunities to grow within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Related fields may include Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Finance, Economics, Operations, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or other business disciplines.
• Or equivalent combination of experience and background.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data and HRIS records with accuracy.
• Support onboarding including I-9 processing/renewals.
• Coordinate training and track completions.
• Process routine HR transactions, status changes, transfers, compensation updates, and terminations.
• Create new hire requisitions with Talent Acquisition and managers.
• Respond to routine inquiries and escalate complex matters to HR partners.
• Conduct basic employee relations intakes and document concerns.
• Provide policy information and direct employees to HR resources.
• Support attendance tracking and follow-up tasks.
• Prepare basic HR data and reports for monthly reviews.
