Job summary

Reframe Systems, a Physical AI and robotics company, seeks a factory‑focused HRBP to serve as the primary HR presence for our production workforce in Andover, MA. You’ll own employee relations, high-volume onboarding, hourly workforce compliance, and day-to-day people experiences for skilled trades, machine operators, and production leads.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HR experience supporting hourly/manufacturing workforces
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, OSHA, wage and hour law, and multi-state compliance
• Experience managing employee relations in a fast-paced physical work environment
• Comfortable with high-volume onboarding and operational rigor
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Hands-on HRIS experience with Rippling HRIS

Responsibilities

• Own the HR function for all factory employees and frontline managers — the go-to for anything people-related on the floor
• Support high-volume onboarding targeting 4–6 new hires per month, accelerating as ramp grows
• Own day-to-day employee experience on the factory floor — visible, accessible, and trusted
• Partner with factory ops leadership on workforce planning, shift structures, and headcount decisions
• Manage employee relations with care, consistency, and sound judgment
• Conduct investigations and document ER matters per policy and legal requirements
