Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems in Mesa, AZ is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner, Second Shift to support our growing manufacturing operations. Qualifications

• A minimum of 3–7 years of progressive HR experience in generalist, BP, or ER roles.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or hourly workforce environments.
• Experience supporting second shift, off-shift, or multi-shift operations is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, documentation, investigations, and compliance.
• Proven ability to coach frontline leaders on employee issues, accountability, communication, and performance expectations.
• Comfortable spending meaningful time on the manufacturing floor.
• HR degree and related certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for second shift employees, supervisors, and operations leaders.
• Address employee concerns, support conflict resolution, conduct fact-finding, and maintain a respectful work environment.
• Coach supervisors and managers on performance conversations, attendance issues, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
• Spend regular time on the production floor to build trust and support leaders in real time.
• Support staff planning, onboarding, retention, and workforce coverage for Mesa operations.
• Ensure consistent policy application and compliance with laws and company standards.
• Collaborate with operations and talent acquisition on staffing and workforce planning.
• Enhance communication and engagement across shifts to improve accountability.
