Job summary

Central Power Systems & Services seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support employees and leaders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will align HR initiatives with operational goals, partner with manufacturing leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and compliance, and drive a positive employee experience.

You will manage employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR analytics while promoting the company’s mission and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience conducting employee investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues.
• HRIS experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and supervisors on policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct workplace investigations into complaints, policy violations, attendance issues, harassment, and other matters.
• Coach managers on performance management, corrective action, documentation, and conflict resolution.
• Assist with onboarding, HR reporting, and maintaining records with confidentiality.
• Support compliance initiatives, benefits administration, and leave programs; partner with payroll and operations.
