Job summary

Exiger, a leader in AI-driven supply chain and risk management, is seeking a Forward Deployed Strategist Director to translate business problems into scoped technical roadmaps. You will partner with executives and engineers to rapidly deploy AI-native solutions with minimal hand-holding, aligning stakeholders and delivering high-impact outcomes.

In this hybrid role based in the US (Mclean, VA or Richmond, VA), you will blend strategic consulting with hands-on data analysis, using SQL/Snowflake

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in operations consulting or technology operations.
• Blend of technical aptitude and elite communication and relationship management.
• Proficiency querying and analyzing data with SQL and Snowflake; light scripting in Python and R.
• Exposure to defense industrial base or heavy industrial sectors.
• Self-starter in ambiguous, fast-moving environments under delivery pressure.
• US-based citizen with ability to travel up to 25% to work with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mission & Program Success: translate bottlenecks into scoped roadmaps and drive mitigations.
• Technical Translator: bridge customer needs to engineers and steer designs.
• Align Engineering to Customer Value: keep efforts focused on high-value problems.
• Drive Change & Adoption: lead workshops and design user-centric workflows.
• Hands-on Data Analysis: inspect data structures and prototype using SQL, Snowflake, Python, and R.
• Product Feedback Loop: feed field requirements back to product and engineering.
