Job summary

The HR Product Owner, Workday Configuration (Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking) for Global Industrial, is part of the People Systems and Data product management team. This role encompasses system configuration activities and will partner with HR Technology and internal global Communities of Expertise to maintain the Workday system and processes.

As part of the system maintenance team, this role upholds Workday system and process integrity, integrates with other functions to utilize Workday

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years’ configuration experience in Workday modules such as HCM, security, compensation, benefits, absence, payroll and/or talent & recruiting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with global stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Manage the Workday configuration strategy in partnership with HR Program Director.
• Lead and facilitate periodic meetings and design sessions with global advisory partners.
• Partner with internal technology teams and vendors to ensure process alignment to systems and tools.
• Document requirements and conduct system configuration functionality; stay informed of the Workday roadmap.
