Job summary

GCS Recruitment is partnering with a leading global client to hire an HR Transformation Project Coordinator for a major transformation programme. The role targets someone with 2–4 years' experience in project coordination, PMO, operations, or project management to drive large-scale HR changes.

The position involves maintaining plans, coordinating meetings, tracking risks, and preparing executive updates. Prior experience in HR transformation or related platforms is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in project coordination or PMO.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced MS PowerPoint & Excel skills.
• Experience with transformation or change projects is desirable.
• Experience in HR transformation or Workday is advantageous.

I'm currently partnering with a leading global client who is looking to hire an HR Transformation Project Coordinator to join their team on a major transformation programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2-4 years' experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Operations, or Project Management who wants to gain exposure to large-scale HR and business transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining project plans, timelines, and status reports
• Coordinating meetings and stakeholder communications
• Tracking project deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Preparing executive-level presentations and project updates
• Supporting HR transformation and change management activities

Key Requirements:

• 2-4 years' experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Operations, or similar
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience supporting transformation or change projects is highly desirable

Experience within HR transformation, organisational change, Workday, or operating model projects would be a strong advantage.
