Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Supervisor in the Human Capital Advisory team to lead large-scale HR and organizational transformations for North American clients. You will guide engagements from strategy through implementation, partnering with senior leaders to drive workforce optimization and operating model redesign.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in human capital consulting or related HR transformations
• Deep understanding of HR functions, including strategy, processes, technology, and compliance
• Experience in at least two areas: HR technology strategy/implementation; organizational design/change management
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the U.S. and Canada
• Experience integrating AI into daily workflows and using AI tools to improve productivity

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale HR and organizational transformation projects, including HR operating model redesign and HRIS implementation
• Partner with clients to assess current-state HR capabilities and design future-state solutions
• Develop and deliver strategic recommendations across HR functions such as talent management, organizational design, change management, and employee experience
• Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and co-create solutions
• Develop and deliver polished client-ready deliverables and materials communicating insights and recommendations
• Support business development through proposal development and client presentations
