Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking an HR Transformation Operations Senior Analyst in Reston, Virginia, with a hybrid work setup. You will report to the HR Program Management and Operations Director to drive enterprise-wide HR excellence, innovation, and transformation across federal missions.

You will develop plans, manage HR roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with HR, Finance, and IT, focusing on Dayforce and modern HR technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM or similar HR platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR programs: Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Performance, Workforce Planning, Employee Experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and process documentation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage HR program management plans, timelines, dashboards, and deliverables.
• Co-lead HR roadmap, dashboards, and tracking tools for visibility into progress and risks.
• Collaborate across HR, Finance, and IT to reflect business needs in solutions.
• Monitor HR tech trends and AI advancements to drive innovation.
• Document and analyze current-state HR processes and suggest improvements.
• Support change management, training, and communications for new HR systems.
