The role requires a strong track record in high-volume recruiting, technical sourcing, and compliance with government regulations. Travel to program locations and career events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting and technical sourcing.
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms.
• Sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and professional positions.
• Build and execute recruiting strategies tailored to program needs.
• Advise hiring managers on market insights and best practices.
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple technical areas.
• Negotiate offers within pay ranges while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain OFCCP, DOL, DCAA, and client-specific compliance.
