Job summary

MyStaff is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead people operations in a hands-on role, helping the organization evolve as it modernizes HR processes and technology.

You will manage day-to-day HR operations, drive the rollout of new HR systems, mentor HR Generalists, oversee payroll, benefits, recruitment and compliance, and partner with leadership on talent strategy to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Human Resources experience with benefits administration, payroll, recruiting and HR operations.
• Experience improving HR processes and implementing or upgrading HR systems.
• Ability to lead change while respecting an established company culture.
• Strong employee relations and coaching skills.
• Mentor who develops HR professionals and communicates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and serve as a trusted resource to employees and leadership.
• Help lead the selection and implementation of new HR technology and systems.
• Evaluate current HR processes and identify ways to make them more efficient, streamlined and digital.
• Help employees successfully adapt to new technology, processes and ways of doing business.
• Mentor and develop HR Generalist, providing hands-on training and guidance.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, coaching and workplace issues.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits, policies and HR compliance.
• Manage payroll.
• Partner closely with leadership on workforce needs and HR initiatives.
