Bayer seeks an North America HR Transformation & AI Intern to help modernize HR processes using AI, automation and analytics. You will gain hands-on exposure across HR disciplines and contribute to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

As a strategic talent pipeline, you'll work with leaders, develop consulting and analytical skills, and be considered for future internship or full-time roles within Bayer.

Qualifications

• This internship targets students pursuing AI, data analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and help redesign HR processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and digital solutions across HR.
• Support HR transformation initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, and more.
• Use data and analytics to generate insights and measure impact.
• Collaborate with HR, technology, data and business teams to develop solutions.
