Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in AI and Emerging Technologies, Data Analytics, Data Science, HCI, CS, Engineering, Organizational Psychology, Business or related.
• Strong curiosity and desire to learn how HR operates within a global organization.
• Passion for how technology, AI, and digital innovation are transforming the future of work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Comfort working with data, digital tools, and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas and recommendations clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and help redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, simplicity, and user experience.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and digital solutions across HR.
• Support HR transformation initiatives spanning Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Partnering, Learning, Employee Experience, Workforce Planning, HR Operations, and Organizational Effectiveness.
• Use data and analytics to generate insights, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, technology, data, and business teams to develop innovative user-centered solutions and future-state ways of working.
