Bayer is seeking an HR People Partner Intern in the United States (Missouri, Creve Coeur) to support the North America HR People Partnering team with daily HR activities and strategic transformation initiatives. This 3-month internship offers exposure to employee and leader support, organizational changes, and cross-functional project work.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources and employee experience; good communication and organization are essential.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support NA HR People Partnering team with day-to-day HR activities and strategic initiatives.
Assist with employee and leader requests and HR processes.
Help with employee relations support, promotions, organizational changes, and HR inquiries.
