Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business/logistics with relevant supervisory experience.
• 2 years Walmart Logistics management experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience including HR processes.
• Attain and successfully complete required trainings (Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally or in writing to achieve facility goals.
• Manage daily HR office functions including benefits, hiring, transfers, payroll; refine recruiting and staffing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain HR documents and systems.
• Identify associates, customer, and supplier concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Coordinate training for hourly associates and management; monitor completion deadlines and compliance.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders; support plans and initiatives to meet business needs.
