Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field or Walmart Logistics experience.
• 2 years' Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Assign duties and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor productivity and analyze business reports.
• Ensure training on policies and procedures; monitor compliance.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; provide feedback and coaching.
• Participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.
