Qualifications

• Graduate student or upperclassman in HR, business or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with LMS or HRIS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and coordinating employee training programs.
• Track training progress and maintain records in HRIS systems.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to identify development needs.
• Organize and help run training sessions, conferences and events.
• Research best practices in industrial training and workforce development.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects as needed.
