Job summary

Carmeuse North America is seeking a Corporate Human Resources Manager to partner with corporate and operating leadership, shaping HR strategies, talent management, and organizational development to support business objectives.

This role leads employee relations, compliance, compensation, change management, and workforce planning, with oversight of HR systems and analytics to improve performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Minimum 5 years of HR leadership or management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and HR compliance.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Guide workforce planning, succession, and organizational design.
• Lead initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and performance.
• Advise leadership on employee and organizational matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and audits.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs.
