Qualifications

• 3-5 years of general HR experience required.

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and create engaging programs.
• Assist with job postings, resume reviews, and initial interviews.
• Manage offboarding processes and maintain HR records.
