Job summary

HeadHR in Warsaw offers a 3-month HR Traineeship with a path to HR Manager upon successful completion. The program covers Talent Development, Labor Relations, Communications, and Organization Effectiveness, with mentorship and hands-on projects across multiple business areas.

You will engage with leadership and analytics, collaborating with Sales, Brand Management, Finance and Logistics, in a hybrid setup (up to 2 days remote, 3 days in the Targowek office) and receive ongoing training and

Qualifications

• Currently a 3rd/4th/5th year university student or a recent graduate from any field of study.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Skilled in leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving and analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Office 365.
• Strategically oriented, yet able to take an operational approach in diverse organizations and teams.
• Willing to work from office 3 days a week in Targowek, Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Work in one HR area: Talent Development, Labor Relations, Communications, or Organization Effectiveness.
• Partner with HR Business Partners on projects involving engagement, retention, learning, and communication.
• Run independently meaningful HR projects, cooperating with Business Partners from Sales, Brand Management, Finance, and Logistics.
• Develop yourself via leadership, feedback, on-the-job and formal trainings, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues.
