Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, HR, or related quantitative field.
• Analytical mindset with strong data skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the HRIS on a day-to-day basis.
• Collaborate with HR to standardize processes via HR system configuration.
• Manage data integrations between HR and business systems globally.
• Provide data analytics through reports and controlled data access.
• Beta test new or updated HR systems.
• Identify training needs and deliver necessary training.
• Interface with internal/external customers to define and deliver HR technology.
• Ensure proper governmental reporting and compliance.
• Document HRIS processes and suggest optimizations.
• Support HRIS module implementations and integrations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
