Job summary

The Manager, HR Solutions at Coca-Cola Consolidated is responsible for optimizing HR technology, including UKG, across the organization from Charlotte, NC. You will partner with HR, IT, and Finance to drive secure and compliant solutions and maximize value for COE partners.

In this in-office role, you will lead a team, guide system upgrades, generate reports, and provide training to HR staff while keeping current with HR systems trends to deliver measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of work experience in HR systems
• Experience with UKG HRIS
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Develop a team to optimize HR systems performance and availability.
• Lead cross-functional projects across HR, IT, Finance, etc.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to HR staff and other users.
• Generate and analyze reports and dashboards from the system.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, upgrades, and integrations.
• Stay abreast of HR systems trends and best practices.
