Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Manager, HR Solutions to optimize HR technology, including UKG, and lead a cross-functional team.

You will partner with HR, IT, Finance and external vendors to maximize system value while ensuring security and compliance with company standards. You will oversee analytics, reports, and feature enhancements, train HR staff, and drive initiatives with COE partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5–7 years of work experience.
• Experience with UKG HRIS.

Job Overview

The Manager, HR Solutions is responsible for maximizing the value of companywide HR Technology, which includes core HXM (HR, talent management, recruiting, compensation, and analytics) and Timekeeping platforms including UKG.

The Manager, HR Solutions will partner with cross function SME's to review system capabilities and utilization and will support the implementation of initiatives to enhance and optimize the solution in a way that is accurate, secure, and compliant with the organization's policies and standards, as well as ensuring that HR processes are compatible with current environments. In partnership with leaders in each Center of Excellence, this role will provide technical support and offer informed recommendations to maximize value. The Manager, HR Solutions will collaborate with the IT department and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and integrate new features and modules.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead projects, from ideation through execution, that are cross functional including HR, IT, Finance, etc.
• Serves as functional and process expert driving towards enhanced experience and functionality as it relates to HR systems
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to the HR staff and other users of the system, resolving issues and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Generate and analyze reports and dashboards from the system, providing insights and recommendations to the HR management and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the IT department and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and integrate new features and modules, ensuring compatibility and alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in HR systems evaluating and recommending new solutions and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge acquired through 5 to 7 years work experience
• Experience with UKG

Work Environment

Office environment, Must be in office at our corporate office in Charlotte, NC a minimum of 4 days a week.
