Job summary

• Lead cross-functional projects with HR, IT, Finance, etc.
• Serve as a functional expert driving enhanced HR systems experience.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to HR staff and users.
• Generate and analyze reports and dashboards for HR management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot, upgrade and integrate features.
• Stay updated on HR systems trends and best practices.
