Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Manager, HR Solutions to optimize HR technology, including UKG, and lead a cross-functional team.

You will partner with HR, IT, Finance and external vendors to maximize system value while ensuring security and compliance with company standards. You will oversee analytics, reports, and feature enhancements, train HR staff, and drive initiatives with COE partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5–7 years of work experience.
• Experience with UKG HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Develop a team responsible for optimizing HR systems performance, functionality, and availability.
• Lead cross-functional projects including HR, IT, Finance, etc.
• Serve as functional and process expert driving enhanced HR system experience.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to HR staff and users.
• Generate and analyze reports and dashboards, providing insights to HR leadership.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot, upgrade, integrate features and modules.
• Stay current with trends in HR systems and recommend best practices.
