Job summary

Tews Company in Houston, TX seeks an experienced HR Technology Solutions Advisor to own enterprise HR technology solutions from design through implementation and optimization.

You will lead hands-on design, configuration, testing, and optimization, serving as a technical advisor for SAP SuccessFactors platforms and collaborating with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification required; multiple certifications preferred.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite, with expertise in modules like Talent Suite, Succession, PMGM, Calibration, Recruiting, or Onboarding.
• Hands-on experience with HR technology implementations, configurations, integrations, enhancements, testing, and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities
