Job summary

Holland America Line Inc is seeking an HR Technology Manager to govern and optimize our HR technology landscape. You will partner with the Director of Global HR Technology to implement strategy, ensure data integrity, and enhance the employee experience through Oracle HCM and related solutions.

You will lead a team, drive process improvements, and manage complex HR system initiatives across the organization, balancing governance with agile delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR technology/HRIS experience in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in HR technology.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules and related analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the HR technology strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and support of HR platforms including Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Manage quarterly release cycles, upgrades, integrations, and data integrity initiatives.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption across HR teams.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to optimize HR processes and employee experience.
