Job summary

Carnival Corporation is seeking an HR Technology Manager to govern and optimize HR technology platforms, including Oracle HCM modules. You will lead strategic roadmaps, manage deployments, and drive continuous improvement across HR systems and data governance.

The role requires executive collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance, strong project management, and a focus on employee experience. Located in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area with in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR technology/HRIS/HCM experience in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Govern HR technology governance, strategy, and roadmap.
• Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and support of HR platforms (Oracle HCM modules).
• Lead complex HR technology projects and change management initiatives.
• Establish data governance and oversee compliance and reporting.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, vendors and stakeholders to deliver services.
