Job summary

Eurofins USA in Lancaster, PA seeks an experienced HR Technology Transformation Leader to drive Oracle Cloud HCM initiatives and deliver innovative solutions improving data visibility, workflow efficiency, and the employee experience.

You will lead a team across US and international sites, manage vendor relationships, and shape the future of our HR systems with change leadership and strategic roadmapping.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR technology field with leadership experience
• Expertise in leading Oracle Cloud HCM efforts (5+ years)
• Experience defining system requirements and improving reporting
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data security
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive tech initiatives
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology-driven leadership to HR teams and leaders.
• Lead design, implementation, and management of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Oversee system configuration, security, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR/Payroll/IT to identify automation opportunities.
• Gather and prioritize analytics needs from Oracle HCM systems.
• Oversee quarterly releases and configuration changes.
• Assess Oracle HCM functionality and optimize workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal use of HR tech.
• Provide guidance on HR tech trends and best practices.
• Develop and execute a scalable HR tech roadmap.
• Design and deliver workforce analytics and reporting.
• Lead US and international HR tech professionals.
• Resolve Oracle HCM incidents promptly and meet SLAs.
• Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous optimization.
• Support M&A activities when needed.
