Job summary

Eurofins USA is seeking an experienced HR Technology Leader to drive the transformation of our HR systems. You will champion Oracle Cloud HCM, enhance data visibility, automate processes, and elevate the employee experience across the global organization.

In this role, you will lead a US and international team, partner with HR, Payroll, IT and business leaders, manage vendor relationships, and deliver a scalable, compliant HR technology roadmap that supports rapid growth in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, IT, HR, business administration or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for leadership role.
• Minimum 10 years in HR technology with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience in defining system requirements, reporting enhancements, and Oracle HCM improvements.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance and data security.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology-driven leadership to HR teams and leaders, aligning with HR solutions and company goals.
• Lead design, implementation and management of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and enhancements.
• Oversee system configuration, security, and data integrity within HR tech ecosystem.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT to identify automation opportunities.
• Gather reporting/ analytics needs from Oracle HCM and ensure outputs are actionable.
• Manage quarterly releases, configuration changes, and minimize disruptions.
• Assess Oracle HCM functionality to identify automation, simplification and adoption improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal HR tech utilization.
• Provide guidance on emerging HR tech trends and best practices.
• Develop and execute a scalable HR technology roadmap.
• Design and deliver workforce analytics and reporting for strategic decisions.
• Lead US and international HR tech teams; foster collaboration.
• Oversee resolution of Oracle HCM incidents and requests with SLAs.
• Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Cloud HCM with other systems.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous optimization.
• Support M&A activity.
