Job summary

WM is seeking an HR Technology Manager to provide strategic leadership across HR technology, governance, and continuous improvement. You will partner with HR, Digital, Operations, and vendors to drive technology-enabled transformation, translate strategy into roadmaps, and deliver scalable solutions with strong governance and data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes product strategy, portfolio management, and continuous improvement, with a focus on user experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration or similar.
• At least 7 years of work experience and 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience leading HR technology/product initiatives and governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish, own, and execute a product vision and roadmaps for HR tech solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate strategy into delivery objectives.
• Advise on technology capabilities, AI opportunities, and process transformation.
• Lead governance for intake, prioritization, and delivery across programs.
• Oversee design, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of solutions.
• Maintain delivery plans and portfolio reporting for visibility.
