Job summary

Safelite in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Technology to lead strategy, governance, and delivery of HR tech solutions. You will partner with HR, IT, Operations, vendors, and leaders to ensure scalable, secure, compliant systems and to maximize value and adoption.

The role emphasizes end-to-end implementations, roadmap ownership, operations governance, data integrity, and analytics in a remote work setting. Reports to the HR Technology Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with UKG cloud
• 7-9 years in HR Technology/HCM/HR Operations/IT
• 4-6 years people leadership
• 4-6 years as Product Owner/System Owner/Functional Lead for enterprise HR platforms
• Experience leading HR tech implementations/upgrades/transformation
• Experience managing complex projects with budgeting, governance, and exec communications

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end HR technology implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimization projects
• Define and execute the HR technology roadmap; act as product owner for HR systems
• Ensure system stability, data integrity, security, compliance, and release management
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance to deliver tech-enabled process improvements
• Monitor KPIs, drive adoption, and improve user experience
• Perform other duties as assigned
