Job summary

Georgia System Operations Corporation (GSOC) is seeking an Analyst, HR Technology to support administration, maintenance, testing, and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions. The role focuses on HR systems administration, data integrity, reporting, and process enhancements to elevate the employee and manager experience.

Responsibilities include supporting Infor CloudSuite HCM, troubleshooting issues, validating changes, and preparing documentation for end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of relevant HR technology experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience supporting HR technology systems and HRIS functions.
• Experience with cloud-based HCM platforms and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR technology operations and system improvements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT and vendors.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and validation of changes.
• Conduct data audits and maintain data accuracy.
• Create and maintain system documentation and user materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and self-service capabilities.
• Support HR technology projects, upgrades, and implementations.
• Maintain HR reports and respond to ad hoc reporting requests.
• Assist with change-management activities and end-user training.
