Job summary

Georgia System Operations Corporation (GSOC) seeks an Analyst, HR Technology to support administration, maintenance, testing, and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions that enable efficient HR operations.

This role collaborates with HR, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and improve data accuracy, reporting, and user support while growing into more advanced HR technology responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Approximately 4+ years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting HR technology systems, HRIS functions, payroll, benefits, or related HR operations.
• Experience with cloud-based HCM platforms such as Infor CloudSuite, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or comparable systems.
• Experience with system administration, testing, data maintenance, or process-improvement activities.
• Experience collaborating with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to support technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR technology operations including administration and issue resolution.
• Assist with system configuration, testing, deployment, and validation of changes.
• Conduct data audits and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
• Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and end-user materials.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and expand self-service capabilities.
• Support HR technology projects, upgrades, and implementations.
• Coordinate testing, issue tracking, and status updates for projects.
• Contribute to change-management activities with training materials and user resources.
• Maintain routine HR reports and ad hoc analytics.
